SPOILERS…………..I’ll miss Techie Molly! RIP …True Blood 5.10 my screencaps. 

I can’t… I am seriously mourning. This is just … NO! Fuck you, Bill Compton. Fuck you and the Confederate horse you rode on!

RIP Molly.

There’s a terrible irony in Molly being killed by the iStake, since she was the first one we saw use it.

It’s a bigger irony than that. According to Salome (I think it was Salome who said it, but it could have been another Authority member), Molly is the one who invented the thing. 

She was very nonchalant about it when she fixed up Bill and Eric earlier in the season. Your own weapons can come back to destroy you. 

Yes. That point was unequivocally made.

Also, I think in the next episode, Bill will get hopped up on ALL the blood in that vial Salome has been using to drug others, and somehow kill Salome. Another one of those ironies. 

That does not in any way absolve Bill from his guilt for actually pressing the trigger. Molly was a tech, she created(?) and maintained a weapon that enabled Salome, Roman, and the other chancellors to kill their enemies more easily. She never made the decisions. Bill did. He chose to kill her. 

Bill is making choices right and left.

Notice something else: When he is watching Eric and Nora trip on that blood, he actually SEES that there is no one there! That there is no Lilith, they are talking to thin air.

And yet. Bill: No excuses for you. Ever. 

Yes, Bill pans out to see what they’re looking at. There is nothing, but when both Eric and Nora begin to shout and cry for Godric, he says “praise Lilith”. He isn’t playing. He knew they were hallucinating (since that is part of effects of the blood) and from his vantage point, Lilith won and he was happy. Of course, he is underestimating Eric…to his detriment. 

I hate Bill. That is all. :)
